I owe you big time Ed! March 2005 was unbelievable for my practice. We went over 100,000 for the first time ever. Caught up on all of my past due bills, put $20K into a savings for taxes and funded $6,500 into IRAs for my wife and I. It's kinda scary to see how much more I am producing after dedicating myself to your approaches. The coaching program has made all the difference! Thanks. Dr. Richard Poglitsch, Franklin, WI |
We just got done with Ed's first ever seminar and it was great, alot of good speakers and information. Most of all Ed understands the power of getting other dentist sto share ideas that are working in their practice. You'll get a ton of ideas and strategies and best of all he'll work with you to get them implemented so you can start having monumental growth in your practice! Thanks a lot Ed! Dr. Sean Tarpenning, Eau Claire, WI |
Thank you for a great seminar. Your presenta-tion Saturday morning covered so many original and innovative ideas for dental practices that it is hard to decide which one to implement first. I am certain that one of the topics you covered will me make us an immense amount of money over the coming years. I can already tell that we have a great group of doctors in this year's PPMC group and my wife and I are looking forward to the trip to Lake Tahoe in 3 months. We plan on doing everything we can to contribute as many of our "secrets" to the group as possible! Mark Dolson, O'Fallon, MO |
First and foremost I would like to extend a warm, sincere "Thank You" to Ed once again for a fantastic seminar, the portable DVD player, cash andthe drinks at the bar. I have to say I truly dreaded this weekend because of the long hours on the agenda. Seminars are usually boring and the thought of spending 23 hours, my entire weekend, and I'm not getting paid, to sit and listen to some marketing ya who "Ed O'Keefe", certainly didn't excite me nor motivate me. After the first day, I was amazed and was eager to hear more. I would have stayed until midnight! I have been in the dental field for eighteen years. I've been to esthetic courses, clinic work-shops, practice management courses, marketing, team building, etc. Employers have spent thousands of dollars for me to go to these; one management course was even $25,000. Ed's seminar was the BEST, top notch speakers with priceless information and FUN! Joann True |

The Formula to Fearlessness
Last year, I started a volleyball club on the side called Fearless Volleyball Club. We have 6 teams starting at the age of 10 years old up to 16 year olds and compete nationally. Over the past few years, I've had the great opportunity to coach hundreds of girls, finish 2nd in the country twice, and my wife and I have a natural love for the sport of volleyball.
The name "fearless" actually came from a team I was coaching about 5 years ago. We were overmatched, undersized, and quite frankly didn't deserve to beat some of the teams that we did. At one national qualifier, we were playing the #1 seeded team in the tournament who was from California and had tons of height and talent.
I remember saying to the girls, "I don't care about anything that happens this game other than I want everyone on our team to play completely care-free and without fear. I don't care if we lose or whatever, but I want all of us to leave every single bit of effeort and heart out on the court."
Needless to say, we blew this #1 seed away. Winning in 2 games and shocking everyone in the gym. That year was one of the toughest years, because we were short 1 or 2 more good athletes to consistently compete at the highest level, however, I learned a ton from this team. And that was "how to play fearlessly".
Our motto for the entire year was "FEARLESS". We played that way and it truly showed. 80% of those kids are now in college playing on scholarship and the others are doing well in other areas.
Now, what I want to talk about briefly though is what I call "the structure of being fearless"...
